Not only on stage but also in Front of House (FoH), there is a lack of visibility and representation for FLINTAS. We want to create a safe space in this workshop for FLINTAs to learn the basics and processes of show preparation for FoH, including audio and lighting technology. From setup to soundcheck to configuring the lighting console, it's all hands-on. Following the workshop, the Swag Jam takes place, the legendary weekly hip-hop jam at Badehaus, open to all.

Nestled in the club hotspot on the RAW grounds, the focus at Badehaus is on the quality of performances and creating a safe space for all concert-goers. We work diligently every day to establish a comfortable atmosphere for both artists and visitors. Our program is as diverse as our audience, and we take financial risks to provide newcomers with opportunities and professional production conditions. When you step into Badehaus, you enter a different world. The interior, lovingly crafted by hand with wooden paneling, contrasts with the sometimes rugged Berlin surroundings. Much attention has been given to the walls of the main floor to create an acoustically excellent concert space. The spatial separation from the bar ensures that performances are not disrupted by the usual background noise or lighting. It's a place to completely immerse yourself in the music.
