Mehr FLINTA*S an die Tür! Einblick und Einstieg in die Arbeit als Securityperson
In the workshop "More FLINTA* Individuals at the Door!" the focus is on introducing and practicing procedures and tasks in the security field. Our goal is to particularly encourage FLINTA* individuals to become familiar with the role of security personnel and bouncers. This workshop provides an insight into the diverse field of work and familiarizes participants with the relevant tools and procedures. Small group scenarios are practiced to gain practical experience. Additionally, theoretical inputs and discussions are conducted to provide a comprehensive understanding of the work environment.
No prior knowledge is required to participate in the workshop. To help us estimate the number of participants, please send us an informal email to: contact@access-nightlife.org.

Access is an organization, a network driven by a desire. A desire for security and selection tasks to be more than just a yes or no decision. A desire for them to be rooted in principles and values. Through our organization, we aim to bring together a network of bouncers who share a feminist mindset, a discrimination-sensitive approach to their work, and a commitment to communicative problem-solving strategies. In the midst of the night's excess, when conflicts or incidents arise, we prioritize the needs of those affected. We encourage FLINTAs (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans*, and Agender individuals) and Queer individuals to acquire the skills to protect their spaces and support them in doing so. We seek understanding, awareness, and dialogue within the security industry to broaden the perspective to include many, not just a few. Solidarity is our guiding principle. We aim to break stereotypes and create a sense of security in which people feel safe. Access leads the way.
